These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Voice The Love Universal and Voice The Change Universal governing your access to and use of voicethelove.com and voicethelove.store (the "Services").

Most of our Services require you to be at least 18 years of age. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirements for the specific services you are accessing and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement (or that your parent/legal guardian has provided proper consent if you are a minor).
Our services have different age requirements depending on the nature and risk profile of each service category:
Entertainment services including DJ services, karaoke events, video production, drone filming, photography, event coordination, and equipment rental are available to individuals of all ages. For participants under 18 years of age, standard parental consent is required as detailed in our Entertainment Services Legal Protection Policy. Parents or legal guardians must provide written consent and may be required to be present at events depending on the event type and venue requirements.
Healing services including Love Healing, relationship counseling, and spiritual guidance are primarily designed for adults 18 years of age and older. However, we may provide healing services to mature adolescents ages 16-17 under strict conditions as detailed in our Healing Services for Minors Policy, including:
Esoteric Meridian Massages services are exclusively available to adults 18 years of age and older. This service involves intimate bodywork and is strictly prohibited for minors under any circumstances, regardless of parental consent.
Online courses, digital downloads, and educational content are generally appropriate for individuals 16 years of age and older. Minors under 18 purchasing online courses must have parental authorization and payment approval.
In accordance with French law, minors (individuals under 18 years of age) are legally incapable of entering into binding contracts without parental authority. When services are provided to minors, parents or legal guardians exercise parental authority by providing informed written consent, reviewing all applicable terms and policies, assuming legal and financial responsibility, supervising their minor children's participation, and retaining the right to withdraw consent at any time.

Our practitioners are not licensed medical doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, or licensed mental health professionals. Lovewell SIWELA, Esq. and Aurélie LEMIÈRE-SIWELA, Esq. are spiritual practitioners and holistic wellness coaches who provide alternative healing modalities based on spiritual, energetic, and holistic principles.
You should not rely on our services as a replacement for professional medical or psychological treatment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, or serious psychological distress, please contact emergency services immediately or seek care from a licensed medical or mental health professional.
Our services fall within Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) and are intended to complement, not replace, conventional medical care. The practices we offer are based on traditional, spiritual, and holistic principles that may not be recognized by conventional medical science.
No Medical Diagnoses or Treatment: We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, medical condition, or mental health disorder. We do not prescribe medications or medical treatments.
Consult Your Healthcare Provider: Before beginning any spiritual healing program, energy work, or alternative therapy, consult with your licensed healthcare provider, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, are taking medications, or are under medical supervision.
Our Love Healing and relationship counseling services focus on spiritual and energetic aspects of relationships, emotional healing, and personal growth. These services are not marriage counseling, couples therapy, or licensed relationship therapy.
Emotional and Relationship Challenges: While our services may help you explore emotional patterns and relationship dynamics, they are not a substitute for licensed marriage and family therapy, especially in cases involving domestic violence, abuse, severe mental health issues, or legal matters.
No Guarantees of Relationship Outcomes: We make no guarantees regarding specific relationship outcomes, reconciliation with partners, finding romantic love, or resolving relationship conflicts. Relationship healing is a personal journey that depends on many factors beyond our control.
Our Esoteric Meridian Massages services are spiritual and energetic bodywork practices intended to promote relaxation, energetic balance, and spiritual well-being. These services are not medical massage therapy, physical therapy, or treatment for medical conditions.
Professional Boundaries: All massage and bodywork sessions are conducted with the highest standards of professionalism, respect, and ethical conduct. Appropriate draping and boundaries are maintained at all times. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Contraindications: Esoteric Meridian Massages may not be appropriate for individuals with certain medical conditions, including recent surgeries, blood clots, severe osteoporosis, open wounds, or acute inflammation. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions before booking.
Consent and Comfort: You have the right to stop or modify any session at any time if you feel uncomfortable. We respect your boundaries and bodily autonomy throughout all services.
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to course materials, all sales of online courses and digital products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session or no-shows will be charged the full session fee without refund.
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as serious illness, family emergency, or technical issues. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
Voice The Love Universal and Voice The Change Universal, including their founders, practitioners, employees, agents, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: You acknowledge and agree that participation in spiritual healing, energy work, coaching, and alternative therapies involves inherent risks and uncertainties. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation and release us from any liability for injuries, damages, or adverse outcomes.
MAXIMUM LIABILITY: In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to us for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality regarding information you share during coaching and healing sessions. However, confidentiality is not absolute, and we may disclose information if:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
Limitation Period: Any claim or cause of action must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it will be permanently barred.
